READER’S COFFEE BOX

Filter coffee is a uniquely Indian coffee brewing technique which involves a fairly slow percolation of finely ground coffee in a traditional filter. The result is a heavily bodied brew that is delicious both hot or as an iced version. We use an exquisite brass equipment in our home and roastery and wanted to share this with you.
